Realm chat and text do not show up

The chat and everything text related in my Minecraft realm do not show up until very late. The chat suddenly fills with everything players said that weren't showing up. This issue concerns also books and signs during that deficiency moment. According to my realm users, this problem is only occurring in my realm and in other worlds and realms, the issue isn't present.
