I CANT JOIN MY BROTHERS WORLD BUT HE CAN JOIN ME

I cant join my brothers worlds but he can join mine it doesn't even show his worlds in the freind page on minecraft this is a minecraft bedrock issue and we have eachover as freinds please help AND YES I HAVE TRYED ANOTHER DEVICE
