market place store doesnt work

i can't use the market place even tho my wifi works just fine. i have bought mutiple things that i cannot use now because it won't let in. it told me to update my mc, but i can't update it. it now just says "can't connect try again later." i have been trying for months. i paid for those packs so i would like to be able to use them.
