Realms is completely broken

I have three copies of Bedrock on Windows laptops for my children to play and one Realms account. All three accounts are struggling to join the Realm and when they do eventually connect after many attempts there is no access to inventory or ability to copy a block, also the command to jump between creative and survival does not work at all.

It does work fine for them to join each other on different worlds, it is only effecting the Realm
