Minecraft home run derby not working

So I bought this new game on Minecraft, it was a home run derby game. I bought the game for 8 dollars, did the tutorial, thought it was cool. When I got to the hitting room in the tutorial, the pitcher would not throw the ball or even move, the strike zone for batting disappears. I wasted 8 dollars on this game so I was pretty mad, when I got to the stadium, the pitcher kept replaying the pitching animation but would not throw the ball! I was so mad that I punched my wall. I saw that before, others were talking about this same problem happening. I was unaware of this problem before I bought the marketplace addon. So I am wondering if the developers can fix this bug before I lose my mind. I want my 8 dollars refunded if they do not fix this bug.
