Monument bug i think

I don't know if it's a bug or not but I saw a monument below me

 

Much has changed in my world after I update the new version mcpe1.18vbeta

I also found a 3 shipwreck just like in my report but. No loots also ocean ruins but not it in water or oceans

 I use xray vision btw
