it's hard to find a dry cave

It's very difficult to find dry caves as usual, actually I've made this report since the beginning of Beta Cave&Cliff started, but I'm making another report because I think it really needs to be fixed, and the watery cave is too much. I don't know if this is indeed part of an update or just a bug, but if this is a bug please fix it and if this is part of an update please simplify it a bit.
