bedrock marketplace is not connecting

I play minecraft bedrock edition, it's been a while that when I access the marketplace it always says I'm not connected, but I'm always connected and with good internet.

Since previous versions this bug has been haunting me, I can't download anything, I can't see new skin items or anything.

Please, if you can solve it, I appreciate it a lot!!!
