long-term survival world crashes

My survival world recently started crashing ,i was playing the game before i went to work ,then i exited and saved the game before leaving ,when i got home in the evening every time i load up the world it crashes after a few minutes. the world size is currently 418.4MB and i don't have current backups of my world
