Sign in with different account issue

Hello, I have been having this issue for quite a while now, I can't sign in with a different account! When I want to I have to undownload Minecraft, then redownload it again! I have no idea how it will be of fixed, but I hope it will be. (In the video below its me pressing "sign in with different account")
