Clouds freezing while rendering

The clouds are freezing while passing through stuff and getting stuck in corners or getting stuck on rock. It glitches when I break the rock or when I move I noticed some lagginess. I also noticed it will sometimes try to pass through something and it just gets stuck and freezes.
