Gravel/sand falls through signs

Gravel, sand and anvils fall through signs (not sure if this is intentional or not) without breaking the sign. This happens in creative flat worlds. Not sure about survival.

1. Create a pole/4+ block stack.
2. Place sign on the second block.
3. Place Gravel/Sand/Anvil 2+ blocks above the sign
