Cave vines texture has a misplaced pixel (parity issue)

On Java, the cave vines texture has a misplaced gray pixel, which were removed in the latest snapshot of 21w41a. (~~MC-227398~~) However, that texture changes hasn't carried over to Bedrock yet, creating a parity issue.
