Comparators lit base texture on Bedrock is outdated/incorrect

The comparator lit base texture was changed on Java 21w41a to bring back the little red lines that were missing before the texture update. (MC-173339) However, on Bedrock, that texture hasn't carried over yet, creating a parity issue.
