Items ignore chests when starting at another chest.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a chest with a hopper under it. The hopper should point into another chest to the side.
2. Create another hopper under the first one, going into a different chest on the right.
3. Place a stack of items in the top hopper. Each chest should have half. This is the intended feature
4. Place the items in the top chest. Now all of them should be in the lowest chest.
