EXP XP Experience Isn't affected by water correctly

When Building the advanced version of Silent's guardian farm I found that XP orbs aren't behaving as intended. They seem to move north and south regardless of being in flowing water. They are attracted to the player but are completely unaffected by flowing water. They also seem to float in a weird way. They get stuck when going through a 1x1 ice path; colliding with a trapdoor placed on the top side of the tube. This broke my farm please fix it asap.
