Villagers being cured in different biomes not giving discount changing biome

I have a villager breeder that's in the desert biome I transport villagers to a planes biome after being zombified and being cured the villager that was a desert is now a normal plains villager without discounts. 

In one instance I had a villager brought over and my zombie would not attack that villager, could be related.
