Animals and villagers de spawn even when they are named.

I logged onto my world and none of my tamed animals were spawned. All of the villagers in my village except one also de spawned even though they were named, as well as my axolotls and my tropical fish. My farm animals in my pen have also de spawned, including my named sheep.
