Marketplace Error

Basically i try to go to marketplace, and then my content so that i could download a new pack that i had purchased. then it says "we're having trouble connecting to the marketplace right now. Please try again later!" however the wifi is not the problem as i have tried my wifi, my hotspot, another wifi at a different location, and even on multiple nintendo switch consoles. all of these could not load the marketplace. please fix this, as i cannot place using the packs that i purchase, or load the marketplace at all.
