Realms lagging out

I'm seriously considering cancelling my realms subscription I am sick of doing 2 hours of work for our realm to lag out and we loose all of our work this has been happening on 2 Xbox's and a PlayStation so clearly a bug that needs to be fixed and ASAP and this is something that happens at least 3 or 4 times a day
