Unable to link PSN account with Microsoft.

I'm unable to link my PSN account because it still showing linked to my old username.

I had been able to request a PSN ID Change back from Sony and some still getting the same error from Minecraft that's linked even when it's my old ID.

 

I don't know if it's because the game or services are case-sensitive?
