I am unable to name any items in an anvil. Even with the required experience levels.

This is a bug that has been going on for a while now. Where I will try to name an item in an anvil and after typing the new name, the output box is empty. I know it's not my XP because I have over 200 levels, and it's the first time I've tried to name this item. so it's not the "Too expensive" problem. There is no renamed items in the far right box to click on. And this is an issue on Windows 10 edition and Xbox one.
