Bedrock PS4 bug

When i purchase texture packs from the minecraft store it doesn't work. Theres a bug on minecraft that when i go to download a resource pack it says theres not enough storage when there is plenty of storage.ive gone through my games uninstalled them and nothing works. Other people are having the same issue.
