Villagers get stuck.

The bug had been present for a long time, but I would have thought that you would have noticed it by now. 

If a Villager is going to the Blacksmith he stucks at the wooden support (fence)

Sometimes they stuck when they work on the farm, they are looking down For placing seeds. On a field (1block tall) You have to push him there so that he Places seeds.
