when I equip the skin, it says the avatar has been saved but it does not change.

I try changing my skin after I got a pack, and when I equip the skin, it says the avatar has been saved but it does not change, this has been going on for two months and i don't know how to fix it. I really want to change my skin but it doesn't let me.
