Beehives vanished from my chest

All of my beehives in my chest disappeared.

I've never took any of my beehives out from my chest.
Howerer, I found out that only the beehives were missing.
Honey combs and sheers, which were in the same chest, were still existing in the same chest.
I put a TON of effort and time collecting more than 20 beehive.
It is certainly a glitch, a bug.
Please explain this.
Please give my effort and time back.
