All worlds refuse to load

Game refuses to load any worlds, already established and new/when creating. It loads the full green bar when building terrain but stays on ‘Loading Resources’. It’s not my internet connection because I have tried at my boyfriends house as well as my brothers house. I’ve tried leaving it on the ‘Loading Resources’ screen which does nothing, I even tried leaving it for 30 minutes and it was still ‘Loading Resources’. Has been happening since 1.17 first came out, I haven’t even been able to play the first half of the new update. All of my other online games and YouTube load fine, I have heaps of storage left on my iPad so it’s not a storage issue either.
