This bug makes you fall or go into blocks.

This bug is a very strange bug I might say. Every once in a while, I would be working on something then I would be going into blocks randomly and then start to suffocate inside. I died many times due to this bug and now its just getting annoying every time it happens. Mojang, please look into this bug. I know there are other bigger bugs than this but I would appreciate if you could fix it. Thank you and have a nice day. (Sorry but this was the only screenshot I could have taken at the moment.)
