Ruined Portals are Missing

I was trying to find a ruined portal with the /locate command but however when I teleported to the coordinates, there was nothing there, I checked the entire chunk down to bedrock and there was no ruined portal anywhere. So I decided to do the /locate command again with the new chunks option set to true and the results were the same, there was nothing there, there was no ruined portal anywhere. I would put a video here but the size is too big. Here's the seed I was playing on: 678922747
