Issues in Market Place and with worlds

I can't access the marketplace in Minecraft. I have tried fixing my network and restarted not only the app but the system itself. It keeps saying error. I am also having trouble getting my old worlds re-download. I deleted my app to see if that would help but now it's reading I have the worlds but at the same time I need to download them again. It's also saying I have no room but I have over 100 GB of space of my ps4 and 7 KB or MB is enough for that space on the system and in the game.
