Game Crash when entering a Nether Portal that was build before save&quit

A crash that could happen when entering a nether portal that was active before you have left the world 

if you build a netherportal and save&quit the world and at any time you join the world again and enter the nether portal that was build previously the game would crash but if you build a new one you can enter the nether through that 

if you destroy the portal that was build before leaving the world and activate the same portal again after you rejoined and destroyed it it wouldn't crash the game when entering the nether
