My Minecraft world freezes and kicks me out after a few seconds

Every time I go into my Minecraft world it starts lagging a bit. It takes a second for a block to appear after I place it. After a few more seconds of just standing there, the game freezes and it completely takes me out of the game and straight to the Xbox menu. I am not able to stay in my world for more than 10 seconds before kicking me out and it's only doing this to one of my worlds. I am able to go into my other worlds except this one.
