The rest of my skins are steve and my cape is not showing

SOO the rest of my skins are steve skins i had skins there like my old ones. But i have my cape equipped and the cape doesn't show... (pan cape) but other ppl can see the cape. If you know how to fix it pls help. I have a screenshot but its not showing so sorry no screenshot
