Crafting blocks do not work in the education edition

When creating an iron or diamond block, there is nothing in the output icon. I have provided screenshots on which (in the inventory) there are items whose blocks cannot be crafted, at least this is what I found. Please resolve this critical issue as it greatly affects my gameplay. Hope for feedback. All the best to you !!
