Marketplace Error worse after hot fix 1.17.32 and update today

Marketplace hasn’t been working since 1.17.30. The 1.17.32 hot fix didn’t help. There was some kind of update today and it’s worse. This is what it currently looks like. I tried looking for this bug before reporting it myself but didn’t find it. I may have overlooked it. I’m having multiple issues with 1.17.30 and beyond update. 

Edit: I should add that my Internet connection is fine.
