Fox Pounce Animation Is Broken

When pouncing, the Fox doesn't have a pounce animation, though it does enter the 'wiggle' state of it's animation controller, it would appear it never enters the 'state', indicating that the inverted on_ground query isn't triggering when a mob pounces.

 

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Summon a Fox and Chicken
2. Let the Fox pounce on the Chicken
3. Observe the Fox is horizontal while pouncing rather than having an animation while pouncing.

Expected Results:

• The pounce animation runs while the Fox is in the air and pouncing

Observed Results:

• The pounce animation doesn't run for the Fox
