Floating?

So on the 3rd I was trying to play minecraft so I log into a world that I always play on, mind you I never had a problem with that world. I log in and I'm kind of sliding, like if I were on ice, but in my wooden house. I go outside and I can't jump, fall, or place things. I float over holes and can't go up unless I touch water, then I start levitating. I'm in survival and double checked it. I also have the breathing bubbles above my hotbar where they would be if I were underwater. Today I tried again and the same thing was happening, I've tried this with 2 of my other worlds and I was having the same exact problem in both of them! Im playing in v1.17.11 so idk if I would have to update it or not.. Please try to fix this bug so I can play normally, thank you in advanced.
