change skin menu is gone weird and unable to change skin

I logged into minecraft and I went to where you change your skin where you get your 5 saved skins and I go into one to edit it and I found the skin menu had bugged out and is all weird this is same with any skin in any of the the slots if Steve a bought skin pack or an exported skin all look basically the same. I am still able to use my 5 skins which are save I am just unable to edit them or change them

I do not know how it has happened or if I did something to do this so I am sadly unable to help you hear (all I know is that closed minecraft went to different house with there wifi and I logged in there to find this, it is still case then I got back and used the original wifi to see that it is still not working. if this helps I'll be glad)
