Minecraft Isn't Responding Issues

Hello,
I Have A Problem With My MCPE. When i tried to open Minecraft PE, Mojang Loading Screen Appear. Then Black Screen suddenly appears. So i waited for a long time, and it says "Minecraft isn't Responding". Idk what happened. So I Tried to reinstall Minecraft again on play store. Then when i open it again it didn't work. So i'm Trying to clear all cache and data on Android Settings. But when i open Minecraft PE again it didn't work too, it only said "Minecraft isn't Responding". But i just remembered that my last activity on minecraft was just purchasing something on marketplace while there is problem on marketplace before it fixed i don't know if it will affects to my Minecraft PE Problem. It has been 2/3 weeks i didn't play minecraft because of this problem. Do you know why i can't open my Minecraft PE
