Crosshair Has White Box Over It

Everytime I use a texture pack with a custom crosshair, it aways has a white box over it, when I have my anti-aliasing above 1, it starts happening, but when anti-aliasing is at 1, it disappears. I don't want to keep turning down my anti-aliasing because it makes my game look to pixilated.
