Not allowing Ray-Tracing when I have a RTX Card

Ever since one of the recent updates I have not been able to use my Ray-Tracing. I joined a world where I would have RTX Resource packs, but it shows that I don't support RTX. I've checked my NVIDIA Experience for Driver updates and it's all up to date. I also checked for more updates on Minecraft Bedrock but it's up to date as well. I don't know how this happened but I hope this gets fixed and I can use RTX again.
