issue with loading into server

Just today i loaded into my world and the world isnt loading all the way even after 5+ mins of being in my world. So i figured it needed more time and i went afk and next thing i see is i was disconnected from the server. Currently i dont see anything about maintenance so im getting kick out of my server. screenshot provided.
