Villager sometimes has the wrong skin for his profession

Villagers can sometimes have the incorrect skin for their current profession. As an example I had 2 villagers with the stone Masson skin and one was a butcher and the other was an armorer when initiating the trade menu. 

In the attached screenshots the villager has an unemployed skin and has the profession as an weaponsmith.
