Disappearing items after hotfix yesterday

Yesterday I got a hotfix pop up on my screen after I left the game and the next time I went to play I realised all the paintings and armor stands with armor inside my house were gone. Today I jumped on and was running past my animal pens where I have cows, chickens, sheep and axolotl and all of them vanished into thin air. I then went into my house to check my pet wolves and they had vanished too I then went and visited a village across from my house and a heap of villagers have disappeared because the ones left are breeding like crazy trying to fill up all the beds. I’ve also noticed all of my pet wolves have disappeared.
