world chunks disappearing

Pls fix bug my 1 year Minecraft survival world (no cheats) the chunks are disappearing cause me and my friend built a axolotl and boom gone cause of the chunks and we built a huge castle boom gone cause of the chunks pls help MOJANG STDIOS.
