The game drops dead

There's not a lot to explain, The game drops dead after working for like 60+ seconds and the it crashes. It shows an PS error message and code CE 38700-8. These crashes keep continue for eternity.

 

The same bug is described in MC-238158, and this report was made more likely to raise awareness of the error
