You can swap fishing rods while the line is still cast

Switching between items in the quickbar should cancel / retract any cast fishing lines. However, you can switch between different rods whilst the line stays cast into water.

I think the affect of the first cast rod (Lure, Luck etc) will then affect an unenchanted rod when switched to it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have 2+ fishing rods in quickbar, and cast one.
2. Switch to another using scroll wheel or number key
