Block outline doesn't highlight in split controls like they should and do in console or pc

Blocks do not highlight with an outline/overlay in split controls, only highlighted when player is holding screen with 1 finger instead of staying highlighted when screen is left like it stays when you leave your console  controller or pc mouse
