Realm Chat Delay

For the past week on a realm I play on we have been having issues with the chat lagging with it taking sometimes even as far as 10+ mins before all the messages come up at once, but then at other times it'll run fine for a while before the lag kicks in.
I'm on PS4, and a few others are on XBox, so this isn't just a 1 console issue. The realm has been kept up to date.
