Minions World by cyclone in the Marketplace is not working

My son purchased the minion world by cyclone on the marketplace and the world will not load. It downloads the data but fails on execution. I've tried it on both devices, the iPad and the switch. Both have the exact same issue. Could you please look into it and let us once you identify the issue.
